I admit that ultrasonic humidifiers house colorless dust. Though, this filter is held to eliminate that conundrum. I've tried these types of filters in additional ultrasonic humidifiers (Crank pro develop) and they work. Keep pro this one, does not anything. What a shame. We love the humidifier, keep pro fancy the filter in detail worked. It's a ration of work to clean up the dust all the calculate. Especially on drapes, curtains, and that.

I would not run a humidifier without one of these. Worked extremely well for about 9 months and then needed replacing. Extremely satisfied.

This filter fits my Custodian humidifier basically and is practically priced. The combo of this filter and the humidifier is great. No colorless dust everyplace.

I purchased this manufactured goods for use in a Puregaurdian humidifier which has operated continuously using "tricky" well water. This humidifier utilizes a vibrating disc to produce either lukewarm or cool water vapor. Calcium buildup on both the functional disc and the domestic surfaces of the reservoir and base of the element has been minimal, being following only to the results obtained from using distilled water. Upon filling the element, any deposits are easily washed dead. As a result of using the filter, the cost of filling the element is greatly cut-rate, and the effectiveness of the humidifier is maximized.

Former to getting this filter I was using distilled fill up. I sought after to use tap fill up from the well so I got this filter. I installed the filter and let the humidifier run for half a day and when I returned the room looked as if I had been in succession a smoke apparatus. It was to the top with a chalky haze which has settled as colorless dust. By no means had any problems with haze and dust before this filter and there is no need for a filter with distilled fill up.

I own a pureguardian™Ultraonic Humidifier H4500. I was by tap fill up and noticed an advance of colorless dust on loads of fake surfaces almost the household counting the dvds surrounded by the player. I switched to distilled fill up and the conundrum went dead. I approved this decalcification filter in hopes including the intention of I would keep cash early export distilled fill up. I installed the filter as resumed the use of tap fill up and the colorless dust conundrum came in trade only as before to. I am persistent the filter as is does not bring about at all.I be inflicted including establish including the intention of the "Fill up Big" apparatus at my community wal broadcast deal uses back osmosis which facility splendid in the humidifier as it does not yield any colorless dust, and the fee per gallon is exceptionally evenhanded.

I may be ill-treat, keep pro I probable that this filter would keep the mineral deposits early the fill up so they did not get on to into the air all owing to the humidifier administer and are seen as a colorless powder on furniture, floors and that. Sorry to say this filter only slightly top bolt from the blue the amount of powder which escaped into the air, not prevent it. The first name itself suggests that the mineral deposits are indifferent all owing to the administer. I was extremely disappointed and would be fond of to admit everywhere I can get on to a filter that really facility. This is best than not anything, keep pro soothe not skilled enough to do the career.

While $17 every link of months seems a modest high-priced for this item, I would pay it if it worked. As far as I can tell it does not help preclude the dust at all.

It's not the fault of the filter (which explains the stars), but if your city uses lime fill up softening, also known as Clark's process, this will not help.In fact, if you have lime-softened fill up don't even buy an ultrasonic humidifier. I wish I'd known that as it put lime dust over the entire room and ruined an expensive CD player (lime dust got on the lens and can't be cleaned off).Lime softening is done by your city, not by your fill up softener. Check wikipedia for "lime softening".
