It's OK in manual mode, but the so-called automatic mode where it's held to implication the humidity and cycle on or off accordingly is a joke. Initially of all, it didn't even go on in auto-mode until I had it cranked up to 55% desired humidity, and the room is as dry as a bone. Then after inane on, it would turn off after about two summary, turn on for literally a second, and so on. Only just an effective way to humidify a room. Since we desired something we could "set and not remember" for the baby's room, this doesn't work accordingly, and will be returned immediately.Also, although it is positively simple for someone of average intelligence to figure out, there is nothing in the manual about how to fill the tank! An obvious oversight on their part, and just another indicator of the sloppy point/manufacture of this product. I just purchased this humidifier and would not recommend it to anyone I know. Thankfully I only washed-out $10 on it. The automatic brainwashing does not seem to work as it will stay off for a few outline and then turn on for less than 1 min. My main beef with it, as I can use the blue-collar mode, is that it is so loud. I bought this for my son and he cannot take a nap with it on at all. I wish I had read the reviews before hand.
