Soothe producing almost no mist. Contacting the companionship is a joke. I'm not in to leaving messages for someone who never calls back. They don't even offer a miniscule "online web portal" for any kind of support any.Save your money. There are additional solutions much better.

I found this on another site for 1/3 of the price. The directions aren't in English. I just kept looking at the pictures and finally figured it out. It is really cute and will work, but it dampens every go up in a 2 foot area.

The spring/cotton/feeler didn't bring about water supply after a refill. The stream of mist twisted into puffs of mist. I tried replacing the cotton not anything...I be inflicted with to roll the lid to get on to it bring about (no problem it was opened. It was the release way the feeler door stays all the way commence). The feeler was not effective accurately. As the modest slider is commence all the way, it works great. If they can improve on the product, I think it will be awesome. Great concept, bad parts & lots of typos in the instruction.

Worked really well in both car and personnel. Works best in very dry environments. Cannot find replacement wicks so it is in effect useless currently with the intention of I have dead through the wicks it came with. I am not comfortable treating it as a disposable one season product -- there should be replacement wicks.

Yep...I look into all of the negative reviews and went ahead and bought this anyway. It worked for about 15 minutes, actually spraying a nice cloud into the air by my personnel desk.
