This contrivance does exactly what is advertised. It takes periodic (configurable) readings of love and damp and can be downloaded via USB to the provided software.The software is sweet basic with not much flexibility, but you can do equipment like chat settings and export data as any cinema of the graphs, or as csv data you can import to additional programs like Outrival.As far as I can tell, here is no way to bring up to date the software. Going into the in this area cover does not show who makes the software and incisive the internet has proved unfruitful so far.If anyone can top me to simplified software that would be most valued!

Unit facility - have got some very nice graphs screening temp / relation humidity for my refrigerator. Running on Windows 7 professional.Instructions are not clear. I put battery in, set the clock with the buttons and then tried to change try out rate which defaults to 1 per minute using buttons.Irrevocably gave up and went to the software which seems to be the way to configure equipment.Unit has the ability to initiation and stop compelling samples up to four era in some period, but I establish when using this setting, I could not get the software to download/sight data.I irrevocably tried continuous mode with a try out every 4 minutes. In continuous mode, it over enter the oldest data and with regulate of 16,000 samples, that is 64,000 minutes or 1066.7 hours or 44.4 days value of data.Unit is now running in the refrigerator. I just take it out, join to the software and watch it download all the samples and draw a chart.Splendid bang for the buck - but over again - you'll need to be uncomplaining figuring out how to set equipment up.So for me, it was1.) install battery2.) set date/time using buttons3.) install software (on windows PC)4.) join unit and configure for continuous data collectionShipping from overseas, so estimate to wait a link weeks for delivery

It has worked well for temperatures above freezing, but not for below freezing. I have been promised a substitution, with a bit of luck I can write a more clear assess.
