Just purchased, looks good, unit seems quiet. The manual is indigent, clear you have to assemble the unit, filling the water bottles is a indigent design, requiring a filler tube at the sink. Design seems to be ok, seems like it could be more robust. I had a Sears (Kenmore) unit for 11 being, I will surprised if this last half that long.

Both my partner and I have sinus issues and we live in Northern Nevada. It is a very dry climate all year long. I had one of these units 20 being ago when I had live here before to and it seemed to work. Planning I would try it over again, and sure ample!!!!We have it just outside our bedroom door, and do not find that it is loud. It looks nice ample to be part of the furniture. It seems to have helped us both with our sinus issues. I don't reflect we will be dependability lacking one in the possibility!!!Be grateful you Essick Air!!!

I was not surprised in this area the two pieces on the axis life broken on the back. I read in a link of reviews that additional units at home that way. Even if, I was surprised that here were no directions built-in. Maybe I must just know how to run a humidifier, but I don't. I would be thankful for some directions on what to do.

Initially ordered this product and came in the real amount no extra packing. A cut was broken so I returned it for replacement as I could possibly not aid it. As I received the replacement, constant poor packing, it worked water supply for one week then as I had the fan fit for above initially setting, and it became very loud and fan shook. I returned this item for a refund. Currently I am stuck with two filters I cannot restore because by the time all of this was made it was beyond the 30 day policy restore. I would not recommend this product.
