I bought this in check over of the fact including the intention of I was low on cash and couldn't shake the congestion in my chest. No, it does not yield steam; you put hot fill up in the dishonest, decline the Vicks tab in and including the intention of's all the background up it takes. You at that calculate seal the inhaler almost your backtalk and breathe in relentlessly. I IMMEDIATELY ongoing breathing best! It got the Vicks in my lungs in a way including the intention of the cream, menthol cough drops or steam early a hot shower etc may maybe not do. I beyond disbelief reflect it was value it.

This is not as lofty as it looks in the depiction. It is tiny! You be inflicted including to heat up the fill up physically unconnectedly and at that calculate pour it into this piece of a waste of time items. Here is no electric heating. Pause dead early this.

How worthless? Let me watch the traditions, except you are a outcome, the fit does not fit. This is not an electrical device and you are single allowable to use hot tap fill up, about a dinner service value, so here is no steam. Keep physically a bit of cash and have a hot cup of tea, it will surely yield extra steam than this ill-conceived gizmo.

I bought this manufactured goods for my husband, his cold had aggravated his bronchials, giving him a slight asthmatic cough. He loves it! The trick is how to use this. I excitement water up until hot in the microwave, add it to the underside cup and at that calculate add about a teaspoon of salt and the Vicks pad. At that calculate he holds the manufactured goods over his mouth, covers the little air intake hole in the back and draws on the vapor slightly. He at that calculate releases his finger over the intake and this allows him to influence the vapor deep into his lungs. If he just breathes it without these measures, it's not that commanding. It fits of laughter impeccably over your mouth. I don't reflect I'd use it for a stuffy nose, but it's perfect for a cough. He awoke twice last night, and for the before week he had awoken 6+ times a night. He used it both times, and even though the water had cooled, he understood it subdue worked well sufficient for him to calm down his cough and get back to sleep promptly. He told me this daylight he feels be fond of a million bucks. It saved him a trip to the docs and the asthma and steroid meds he usually gets stuck with. He took it to work and its perfect for us because it there's no cord and no batteries, just hot water. I highly recommend it!

This piece is not value the cash washed-out on it. You can not aid boiling fill up and the steam does not last any calculate at all. You do better heating fill up in a plaque in the microwave and breathing including the intention of steam. You can deposit the Vicks strips or no matter what in your plaque of fill up. This is not a skilled product in my books. Thanks.

I don't think this is about steam, it's about the vapors. I benefitted from inhaling the vapor smell including the pad that came including the piece. No, you can't use boiling water. No, it is not electric. But to me, it is like using the vapo rub in a much easier manner. No mess, and just as effective. If I want steam, I'd get one that you promote in. But if I want vicks vapo rub vapors, I would use this. And I do! And it does the job!

Including conception the reviews here I wondered why on earth I had purchased this machine. But I decided to yield it a try because I had a VERY stuffy nose, it was in the dead of nighttime at nighttime, and I was reckless. When I breathed in the smoke as indicated by the illustration on the in rank not greatly happened. Then I tried introduction my mug/mouth frankly on the element creating a "seal" and breathing in deeply. The medicated smoke flooded my throat and lungs and then to my bolt from the blue I was aptly away competent to breathe freely through my nose! Including six living of dealing including an incredibly stuffy nose, this seemed like a miracle to me! The relief was fleeting but may possibly be attained ended again by repeating the administer. It really did aid to open my nose, cool my throat, and quiet my cough. This will be coming by the feature of including me on vacation then week!

I was extremely, extremely disappointed with this product. It's completely useless!! It's equivalent to putting warm water in a plastic cup. What a rip off!!

I be inflicted including submitted this review because the product is straightforwardly dismissed as a waste of money. It is not. No, the Steam Inhaler is not electric. No, it isn't meant for use including boiling hot water. No, you might not get steam (although you can if you want). Yes, it's basically a cup. But it does a fantastic job--if you know how to use it.I followed the directions just so--flush using tap water. Put up including in mind one's hot tap temperature will vary from a further's, depending on the water heater settings. (Perhaps some negative reviewers don't be inflicted including very hot tap water.) If you want the best results, you could permanently excitement water to simmering temps in a water kettle or microwave. You WILL get steam this way.The single thing that isn't specified in the instructions is how closely to hold the Inhaler to the face. If you follow the cinema on the box, you won't get optimal effects. So at this time's where you need to get by: Put the Inhaler directly against your face, and it does just so what you would want. This is also why the Inhaler isn't just a cup. The funnel at the top concentrates the vapor/steam directly on the nose and backtalk and keeps it away from the eyes. This map alone is absolutely worth the $7-10 you'll spend on the product. While I'm sure some faces fit better than others, I believe there are very few faces on which this product wouldn't work.Lastly, one HUGE advantage this product has over others including heating or steam-generating features is portability. You can pocket this thing anywhere without needing to worry about plugging in. I pocket it EVERYWHERE including me in the household. You can also travel including it anywhere you can get hot tap water. For portability, this thing is a killer product. If you get the Inhaler knowing what to expect and how to get the best results, you will probably be very satisfied.

I would have given it a negative star. This is not an electronic device and it cannot use boiling water. I agree with the previous comment that by putting boiling water in a cup will produce more steam than this device.
