I categorically love this modest humidifier, and I have purchased three of them. Sorry to say, they have all self-destructed surrounded by the first several hours of use. They work great when new and humidify very well---too well. Surrounded by hours of first use, they develop cracks in the fake housing (probably from the ultrasonic vibration), the water seeps surrounded by, and it's all over. Humidifier bye-bye.It's actually a shame since if it weren't for the self-destruct feature, these would be a great modest contrivance. I don't know they can find a best grade of fake that won't crack surrounded by a few hours. Until then, don't buy unless you want to deliberate it disposable.
